The Sciex API4000 Mass Spectrometer is a rugged triple quad Mass Spec with Mass Range of 5-3000 amu. Capable of high sensitivity quantitation at flow rates up to 1.5mL/minute utilising the robust Turbo V Ion Source. Ideal for Bioanalytical assays, GMP Quality Control Labs, Pharma research (Met ID and DMPK), Toxicology Labs and much more. The tried and tested work-horse has been the main-stay of large Pharma, CRO’s and a host of other laboratory types for over 15 years.
Scan types include MS, MSMS, Multiple Reaction Monitoring (MRM), Neutral Loss and Pre-cursor. Analyst TM software controls most major brands of HPLC and UPLC seamlessly for ease of use.
