History: Providion was built on the foundation of reliable – and affordable – Mass Spectrometer service and repair and has consistently exceeded customer expectations by providing: service, repair, preventative maintenance (PM), and instrument qualification (OQ/PQ) for LCMS systems and accessories.
Expertise: Our Senior technical team were trained by the manufacturers (Waters & Sciex) and have been in the mass spectrometry service industry since 1989. Our in depth training programs for our apprentices and junior engineers brings the next generation of MS experts up to speed quickly but comprehensively with both theoretical and hands on training which takes place in our Training Centre and in customer labs.

Parts & Service: Providion is a professional but friendly team with a consistent focus assisting customers to gain the most value from their analytical instrument investment. To extend instrument life, we maintain the industry’s largest inventory of hard to find and obsolete parts.
Training & & Support: The Providion Training Centre at our UK head Office offers customised, hands-on instrument training on a wide variety of analytical instruments from most major manufacturers, covering topics such as theory, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
