Part numbers with an RX suffix are fully tested reconditioned/refurbished parts and are sold subject to a repairable unit being returned to Providion prior to exchange part dispatch.

An RMA form must be completed and sent back with the faulty item. Please find our online RMA form here. Failure to do this may delay dispatch. If a returned part is deemed non-repairable, further charges may apply.

Any duty and applicable import/ export taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty:
30 days from the date of shipment unless installed by a Providion engineer when the warranty is 90 days.
