Quick Transport. There is a big difference compared to the old pump because it is much more quiet. MS is working again now, I have no problems yet!
I received training on API5000 Basic Operator and Maintenance course delivered by Providion at British American Tobacco. I really enjoyed the course, it was most helpful and informative. The course materials provided were excellent and very thorough.
The engineer did a great job, also helpfully diagnosing an instrument noise that I hadn't noticed (due to building up I guess).
For this particular call out I was really pleased with the support/service provided by the engineer in working through the issue we were having and keeping me up to date with what he was testing/trying on the machine.
