How do I log a support call?

How quickly will I get help from an engineer?
Once your call has been logged in our service management software system, by our friendly and efficient customer service team, an engineer will contact you within 30 minutes by your preferred contact method. After that you will be kept updated and if a visit is needed we’ll be there within your agreed response time.
What if I don’t see my equipment listed on the supported instruments list?
We specialise in supporting Waters & Sciex mass spectrometers but we work with trusted partners to deliver service on many other laboratory instruments. Contact us with any service requests and we will do our best to help. And if we can’t support you, we can usually recommend someone who can.

Where do you provide service?
We are a global service provider and currently work in over 30 countries. In many countries, we can offer a fully supported in-house technician model where we train your technician and then provide annual support services and escalation visits if and when needed.
Are you ISO9001 certified?
Yes, Providion are proud to have been certified to the ISO9001 Quality Management System since 2009. We recently re-certified to the new 2015 standard. See a copy of our certificate.
How do I get a quote for a contract or training?
Simply go to our online quotation system and pick the items you require. Once you submit the request, a quote will be emailed to you immediately. As always if you don’t see what you need just contact us!
