Once your call has been logged in our service management software system, by our friendly and efficient customer service team, an engineer will contact you within 30 minutes by your preferred contact method. After that you will be kept updated and if a visit is needed we’ll be there within your agreed response time.
We specialise in supporting Waters & Sciex mass spectrometers but we work with trusted partners to deliver service on many other laboratory instruments. Contact us with any service requests and we will do our best to help. And if we can’t support you, we can usually recommend someone who can.
We are a global service provider and currently work in over 30 countries. In many countries we can offer a fully supported in-house technician model where we train your technician and then provide annual support services and escalation visits if and when needed.
